Critical Thinking and Structured Analysis

Critical Thinking and Structured Analysis is designed to help your workforce improve their ability to analyze information and provide sound recommendations for making business decisions.  The course covers how individuals process information through perception and memory and the impact of cognitive biases, both conscious and unconscious, on our decision-making.  It then provides various tools such as weighted rankings, contrarian techniques, and question restatements to help overcome these issues so that sound decisions can be made.
