Refund and Returns Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

By reserving a seat for CyberWerx® Training, the Payee understands Jadin Tech, LLC has reserved a seat to provide an educational opportunity for the identified student, and Jadin Tech, LLC in good faith will not market, sell, or release the reserved seat to another potential student. If the Payee requests to reschedule or change course enrollment 30 calendar days prior to the reserved event date, Jadin Tech, LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the identified student within a 12-month period.

Jadin Tech, LLC will refund the Payee 50% of the amounts received for cancellation requests made 30 calendar days or more in advance of the initial reserved event date. If the identified student does not show for the reserved event, the Payee will not be entitled to a refund.

If Jadin Tech, LLC cancels a scheduled event, the Payee will receive 100% refund.

SUBSTITUTIONS PERMITTED

Jadin Tech, LLC welcomes the enrollment of a qualified substitute in an enrollee’s place provided the original enrolled student or the payee notifies Jadin Tech, LLC in writing before the first day of the course.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
